What is Instant Doctor Family Care?
Family Care is a monthly membership in the Instant Doctor app that lets one person manage the health of their household. You can track medicines, blood pressure and blood sugar readings and doctor visits for up to 5 family members, get alerts when someone needs attention, and use one GP consultation each month for anyone in the family.
Who can I add to Family Care?
Anyone you look after: children, parents, a partner or another relative. Each family member gets their own health profile with allergies, conditions, blood group, genotype, medications and care plans. Up to 5 family members can be added.
How much does Family Care cost?
Family Care starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is needed. After that it is billed monthly and you can cancel any time. The current price for your region is shown in the app before you subscribe.
Can I book a doctor for my child or parent?
Yes. When you book a consultation you choose who it is about, and the doctor sees that person’s health profile. The monthly GP visit included in Family Care can be used for any member of the household.
How do I share a family member’s health information with a doctor?
From their visit summary, create a secure share link. It shows allergies, current medicines and recent readings, and anyone with the link can open it in a web browser without installing the app. The link expires automatically, you can see how many times it was opened, and you can revoke it at any time.
What is on the emergency card?
The emergency card shows a person’s name, blood group, genotype, allergies, medical history, current medicines and an emergency contact, with a one-tap button to call emergency services. It is designed to be shown to a first responder or a new doctor.
Is my family’s health information private?
